Gardener's Gauntlet

A long, sturdy work glove with a generous cuff that protects a decent way up the lower arm. Stitched in flexible, hardwearing, water-repellent cowhide leather that comfortably adapts to the shape of the hand with use.
This glove is stitched with Kevlar thread, able to cope with heat without melting, making it a practical option when burning garden waste or working close to fire. A double layer of cowhide leather across the knuckles adds extra protection. The seams on the thumb/index finger grip are positioned towards the top of the hand, reducing the risk of chafing when handling tools and equipment, and so increasing the lifetime of the glove.
